This 10-member band (including a horn section!) from Long Beach blew us away a couple of weeks ago — with their music and their ability to tour the country, instruments and all, in a singe van.
The Red River is a group of friends from Long Beach, CA. After a few years of self-releasing home recordings and a couple of small town tours, they are releasing their national debut record “Little Songs About the Big Picture”. Most of the songs are still recorded at home, before, after or during parties and range from slow acoustic jams to full on pop/rock/mega hits. The Red River is a band to be enjoyed standing up, drinking a Four Loko or sitting down eating a bowl of macaroni and cheese.
(Editorial Note: You will be enjoying The Red River standing up while at BloomBars as we do not serve Four Loko or Macaroni and Cheese.)
Join us as they return to BloomBars with Resident Artist-in-Bloom Gary Prince who will be opening the show!
